Volunteers are absolutely essential to the work of Freshwinds. Without them, we would not be able to offer our clients the high levels of care and support that we achieve. With over 100 staff, and over 6,500 clients, the support of our dedicated team of volunteers is vital.

Our team of volunteers make an in-kind contribution of over £1,500,000 per year to Freshwinds which demonstrates how important they are to our work. All volunteers receive training, re-imbursment of expenses and regular supervision and support. Volunteers have access to dedicated Volunteer Co-ordinator who works with them to organise their work.
