Testimonials
” I have used Freshwinds to provide Food Hygiene training for our carer support workers. On all occasions the staff at Freshwinds have been friendly and responsive to the organisations training needs. The food hygiene training was delivered to a high calibre and all the staff said how much they enjoyed it. I will definitely continue to use Freshwinds to provide training on behalf of Birmingham & Solihull Crossroads (Caring for Carers)
Kind regards ”

” Since Our Place Kings Norton was established in 2010, Freshwinds have provided immense support and guidance to us as an evolving organisation and I am more than happy to provide references advocating their services. As an organisation, we now use Freshwinds in a number of areas including access to Information, Advice and Guidance and their Print and IT support. They have taken the time to understand the needs of Our Place Kings Norton and the local community we serve.
In particular, we ‘employed’ Freshwinds to deliver our ‘Volunteer Training Course.’ The support given in the development and delivery of this formal training programme was invaluable. The course content met the needs of both our volunteers and the organisation. Trainers were flexible, patient and friendly and have built an excellent rapport and relationships with participants.
It is refreshing to see an organisation take the time to build relationships rather than just ‘come, deliver and go.’ On behalf of Our Place Kings Norton I think it’s fair to say that we didn’t just pay for a training course we entered into a partnership and in light of this would not hesitate to work alongside Freshwinds again. ”

” I had to put my First Aid training to use on Saturday in Sainsbury’s. A lady had fallen outside the steps then had 2 seizures so it was perfect timing to do the First Aid course. And rather nice to boss my husband around!!!
Thank you. ”

” At BCDA (Birmingham Care Development Agency) we are passionate about the Health and Social care sector and the need for fully trained and reliable staff which is why we chose to work with Freshwinds.
We contacted Freshwinds to deliver training on our Health and Social Care Pre Employment Training. This included Health and Safety; Food Hygiene; First Aid; Manual Handling; Safeguarding; Team Work and Communication and Confidence Building.
We have found Freshwinds are also committed to the same goals of the delivery of high quality training and the service provided by them was extremely professional. We hope to continue our partnership with Freshwinds in the future. ”
