Donations Established over 15 years ago, Freshwinds was registered with The Charity Commission in 1992. We provide care, support and information - without charge - for people living with life-threatening and life-limiting illnesses as well as providing social welfare support and guidance to all people. All of this is funded through independent grants and fundraising. Freshwinds, like all charities, relies on donations in order to support its continually growing work to support vulnerable persons.
